The Andrea Adams Trust is supporting a one day conference on Bullying in the Workplace on Thursday, 14 December 2006 in Edinburgh. Bullying in the workplace is a serious issue, and one which has gone unchallenged for too long. Its impact on individuals can be horrendous, causing serious long-term illnesses in many cases. For this reason, no workplace can justifiably tolerate bullying. The impact of workplace bullying on business growth and productivity is also alarming: low morale, stress and absence can seriously damage any organisation. This conference will examine these issues and others relating to bullying in the workplace. Delegates will have the opportunity to hear and discuss these issues with specialists from a variety of backgrounds.
